Welcome to Ganesh Lal Agrawal College, Medininagar, the premier institute of higher education within the Nilamber–Pitamber University. Established in 1954, the college has always maintained its glorious tradition of imparting quality education, both at the under graduate and post graduate levels in the faculties of Science, Social science, humanities and education.
       Keeping in viewing the need of the youths of Palamau region and the emerging trends in higher education, we at G.L.A College are striving hard to provide our student with state-of-the-art facilities including well equipped library and upgraded laboratories. Our dedicated teachers and the non-teaching staff are leaving no stone unturned to cater to the requirements of over 7000 students enrolled in various under graduate, post graduate and vocational courses.
       Apart from effective dissemination of information, Co-Curricular and extra-curricular activities are organized round the year to ensure the all-round development of the students. At the same time, we also take particular care to impart value-based education in an eco friendly environment making the young minds aware of their duties and responsibilities towards society,so that they could grow as responsible citizens and contribute their best for the welfare of humanity.
       With several infrastructure development projects underway we are looking forward to a great future ahead.
